Call Recording Notice

Calls are recorded

Outbound business calls placed by LeadForge are recorded. Every call begins with an audible disclosure that the call is recorded for quality and training. Continuing the conversation after the disclosure constitutes consent under Florida law (Fla. Stat. § 934.03). If you do not consent to be recorded, you may ask our representative to stop the recording or end the call, and we will honor your request.

Why we record

  • Quality and training — to improve how our representatives qualify prospects and respect their time.
  • Compliance — to demonstrate adherence to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act, time-of-day calling rules, and Do-Not-Call obligations.
  • Dispute resolution — to fairly resolve any disagreement about what was discussed, scheduled, or agreed.
  • Safety — to investigate any threats, abuse, or unlawful conduct.

What we record

Recordings include the audio of the call only. We do not capture video, screen content, or location data. Call metadata — date, time, duration, originating and receiving numbers, and outcome — is logged separately.

Who can hear recordings

  • Authorized LeadForge personnel for quality, training, and dispute review.
  • The specific partner contractor whose meeting was booked, only when needed to resolve a billing or scheduling dispute, and only after the partner agrees in writing to confidentiality.
  • Legal recipients (courts, regulators, law-enforcement) when required by valid legal process.

Recordings are never sold, syndicated, or used to train third-party AI models. Recordings are not used for advertising.

Retention and deletion

Recordings are stored encrypted at rest (AES-256) on access- controlled infrastructure. They are retained for thirteen (13) months from the date of the call, after which they are automatically purged. A recording may be retained longer only if required under a documented legal hold, in which case it will be deleted promptly once the hold ends.

How to opt out

At any time during a call, you can ask the representative to stop recording. Going forward, you can also ask us not to record you on future calls. To make a standing request, contact us at hello@getleadforge.co or (941) 957-8832. We will add your number to our internal "no-record" list and honor it across future contact attempts.

To stop receiving any LeadForge calls entirely, ask to be placed on our internal Do-Not-Call list. We honor opt-out requests within ten (10) business days and apply them across all of our partner contractor relationships.

Access requests

If we hold a recording of a call you participated in, you may request a copy or its deletion. Send your request to hello@getleadforge.co. We will verify your identity, then respond within thirty (30) days.
