Acceptance

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at getleadforge.co and any related marketing or informational pages (collectively, the "Site") operated by LeadForge Trades LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("LeadForge," "we," "us"). By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Paid partner services are governed by a separate signed Partner Agreement. If there is any conflict between these Terms and your Partner Agreement, the Partner Agreement controls for the matters it addresses.

Eligibility

LeadForge is a business-to-business service. You must be at least 18 years old, capable of forming a binding contract, and acting on behalf of a legitimate trade business (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, or a related commercial service trade) to engage our paid services.

The Site is informational

The Site describes our services, founders, and pricing approach. It is not an offer to provide services to any specific party and does not create any binding obligation until a Partner Agreement is signed.

No professional advice

Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice. We make no representations about the outcomes any specific partner will experience.

Intellectual property

The Site, including all text, graphics, logos, the "LeadForge" wordmark, and underlying code, is the property of LeadForge Trades LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site.
• Do not scrape, harvest, or systematically download content.
• Do not impersonate any LeadForge employee or partner.
• Do not use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or harmful code.
• Do not use the Site in violation of any applicable law.

Third-party services

The Site uses third-party services for hosting (Vercel), forms, and outbound contact tools. Your interaction with those services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party operators.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION. LEADFORGE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE FREE OF ERRORS, VIRUSES, OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEADFORGE, ITS MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LeadForge Trades LLC, its members, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sarasota County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
